How often will I have contact with my coach?

You will have multiple touch points during the week, a weekly 1:1 check in where your progress on the whole is reviewed, and you can message Vanessa directly in the Vanessa's Coaching App at any time for help or support. Responses are typically made within a few hours and no later than 24 hours.

Onboardin Process - How do I get started with your fitness coaching program?

Once you’ve clicked on the 'Enquire here/now" button, you will be asked to fill in a form. Vanessa will then reach out to you to book a free consultation call to go through your goals and the onboarding process. After that Vanessa will have sufficient information to create your custom workout & meal plans. You will then be set up in Vanessa's Coaching App with your plans within 3-4 working days.

Do I need access to a gym for your programs, or can they be done at home?

Your workout program will be designed based on the equipment you have access to, which you can specify when filling in the enquiry form. If you are training from home it is advised that you have a some free weights and resistance bands at home to work with.

What are the weekly check-ins like?

Every week you will be prompted to check in via Vanessa's Coaching App where you can upload progress photos, metrics and answer questions about how the week has been. Vanessa will then review this information alongside your goals and progress tracker and make changes where applicable. You will then receive a recorded video response from Vanessa within 24 hours detailing any changes to your plans, or feedback to your form when performing an exercise.

What happens if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?

Your personal meal plan will be designed based on the preferences you select during the onboarding process, such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto etc. During your weekly 1:1 check-ins with Vanessa, you can request to make changes or you can choose your own meals in the nutrition section in Vanessa's Coaching App. You also have the option to use the in-app recipe library.

Is this a subscription based program?

Yes this program is a monthly rolling subscription.
